Our beneficial herbal teas

At Ilado, we believe in the virtues of plants, recognized and used for millennia all over the world. From India to Peru, via China and Egypt, herbal tea recipes, made from dried flowers, leaves, stems, roots, are passed down from mother to daughter, like a universal well-being secret.
Inspired by this ancestral ritual, we have developed a range of herbal teas to accompany you towards greater well-being at each stage of your life as a mother.
Drinking your Beneficial Herbal Tea becomes a daily ritual, an invitation to take a break from your life as a mother, to rediscover your inner harmony.

Mama herbal teas accompany expectant mothers through their pregnancy with "Mama-to-be", "Ready Mama" for the last trimester, while breastfeeding with "Milky Mama" and "Mama Detox" is perfect for degestation, the 4th trimester.

Our beneficial herbal teas don't just taste good, they're good for the body!

It may seem a little more bitter than other breastfeeding teas, this is because we have chosen to put nettle in our mixture because it improves the quality and richness of the milk.

In order to take full advantage of the benefits of our herbal teas, we recommend the following ritual:
- Put 1 tablespoon of herbs in a pot
- Pour 200-250 ml of cold water over the plants and bring to the boil
- From the first tremors, stop the heat source and cover
- Leave to infuse for 10 minutes, then strain and pour into your cup
- Take a few minutes to close your eyes and smell the scent of your infusion while breathing slowly and deeply
- Drink slowly while visualizing the benefits of plants diffuse into your body, where you need them most
- Take advantage of this moment as a parenthesis, a time to relax and connect to your inner harmony.

When you are in a hurry, you can prepare your herbal tea by pouring boiling water over your plants and letting it steep for 10 minutes.
